Welcome to the Orcutt School for Independent Study. Orcutt Union School District is proud to offer an Independent Study program for families seeking an alternative educational pathway. This program is currently housed on the Ralph Dunlap Elementary campus. We provide options for:

• Independent Study
  • Includes a full at-home learning experience with some virtual instruction.
• Hybrid (blended) Study
  • Provides a blend of at-home learning with additional in-class, on-campus instruction.
• Dual-enrollment
  • For junior high in which up to two classes are offered in person at one of our junior high campuses with the remaining classes being virtual/blended.
